Full Stack

Full Stack - Get up to a 7" lift off the ground (excluding the included pad) with this setup. You can stack the heights of the 1" top, 2" riser, and 4" riser in any combination to achieve your desired height. The setup provides a total floor space of 24x40, the current CrossFit standard. It can also be used for box squatting, incline or decline push-ups, and lower box step-ups.

*Please note that using weights on the top may damage the foam and is not recommended.
